Welcome to Knowle and Dorridge Racquets Club

 The Club

The Club, situated in Grove Road, Dorridge, adjacent to the Knowle and Dorridge Cricket Club, was founded in 1908 originally as a Tennis Club only with six courts and a modest Clubhouse. In the early 1960’s the first of its 2 squash courts was built with the second being added in the 1970's. Racketball, played on the squash courts. was introduced about 10 years ago and has grown in popularity.

The Club has 8 tennis courts - 4 floodlight artificial grass  and 4 American Clay courts (3 doubles and 1 singles) in addition to the  2 squash courts, a recently redeveloped Clubhouse with modern changing rooms, bar and lounge, kitchen and function room.

The Club is a well run, family friendly club, open to all, with a current total membership of 800 members.

The Club attained CLUBMARK acceditation for Tennis in 2008.
